Real Wind Sailboards

They plane up quickly, rip in the turns and stay under control in strong winds at high speed.
Northwave Sails
Strong and light-weight sails designed for The Gorge have excellent low-end power and are exceptionally controllable in the big gusts.
Nolimitz Skinny Masts
Light-weight masts that will not break and leave you swimming.
Chinook Carbon Booms and Mast Bases
Small diameter carbon booms which are very strong and light.
Quick release bases allow on-the-water sail changes to get you on the right size sail fast.
This equipment works extremely well in The Gorge. The rigs are light, strong and fun to sail. The boards stay down in high winds and rip tight turns. If you have some short board experience, this equipment will be a lot of fun. A complete range of powerful sails from 2.8 to 5.7 and fast boards will allow you to get powered up if the wind is blowing more then 19 mph and in control up to 50 mph. You can be casual with a 2.8 when others are getting pounded on their 3.2's.
